Brand new in box as described. They loaded my truck with a fork lift. I suggest removing the cub box packaging and securing the then cover unit with a tarp to prevent any weather elements. Got home have 55% charge everything operated per manual. Charged to 100% now good to go. Cub Cust service stated this unit came equipped with a mulching blade. This vendor has units pre assembled ready to go once it stops raining. A+ Ebayer would purchase from him again.
