Can I pickup my order locally? - Yes! We now offer the same great items and service to our neighbors/local customers. There are multiple pickup locations in the Toledo , OH and Detroit , MI Metro areas with flexible scheduled times to meet the needs of your busy schedule.
How long will it take to ship my item? - Most orders are shipped out the same day depending on item and time order is placed. We do our best to ship all items out within 2 business days.
What payment options are available? - Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted through Shopify or PayPal when checking out . You may also use the option for cash at the time of pickup.
Why does your item cost $xx more or $xx less then another retail store? - We take the time and effort to source the products and offer them for sale locally. We price our items based on current market value not suggested retail price. For example lets say that a new in demand video games retail cost is $100 at any big box retail store but that same item is currently selling for $200 on other online marketplaces. We use our distribution sources and do our best to sell to you under market value.
Are the items you sell new or are they refurbished or knock off items? - We ONLY buy from authorized manufacturers, distributors or retailers. This will assure that products are always genuine and possibly carry any remaining warranty from manufacturer.
What is your return policy? - All sales are final. If there is ever an issue with your item we will work to get replaced or repaired from the manufacturer if warranty applies. We pride ourselves on doing what's right and will deal with others on a case by case basis. All returns of online orders will be subject to restocking fee of 15% and any shipping costs/fees incurred during sale.
