Shipping policy

Once an order is placed and verified, it will typically take less than 2 business days to process/pack/label/carrier pickup. If there are any errors identified with the shipping address we will contact you to correct it which may delay your shipping time.

Standard UPS/USPS delivery will then take from 1-5 days depending on your delivery location from our warehouse located in Northwood, OH. Packages will be insured and signature may/will be required on specific items over a certain $ amount.
